Delivery

Order delivery is carried out by providing access to the program installation files and shipping the license keys for program activation.

All order information is stored in the customer’s personal account, including information about the shipped license keys, download links, and installation instructions. An email notification will be sent to the customer once the dispatch is complete.

Delivery Timeframes

Depending on the payment method, the order fulfillment time may differ.

• Automatic shipment
  If payment was made through a payment gateway that supports sending the merchant notifications of successful payment, the order immediately enters processing and the shipment of all items in the order is performed instantly.
• Manual shipment
  If order processing requires manual handling by a manager, the order may be shipped within 2 hours during business hours or within a period of up to 3 days, taking weekends into account.

The specified ChessBase delivery times are calculated from the moment the order payment is confirmed, provided that the full cost of the order is prepaid (except in cases of purchase in installments).
