Payment

You can select a payment method during checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on the product you select and your region.

Cash

We do not accept cash payments. Payment for your order can only be made by credit card, through payment systems, or by bank transfer to our bank account.

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is available to individuals. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and ArCa bank cards.

ChessBase C.I.S. does not store customer bank card information.

Bank Transfer

After placing your order, we will generate an invoice with payment details for a bank transfer to our bank account. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received.
